The system cuts and blends hay, crop straw, silage, concentrates, and other ingredients through the shearing and circulation action of one, two, or three vertical augers. Its conical tub design helps lift feed from the bottom and circulate it through the mixing chamber, supporting more uniform ration structure and better feed palatability.

By centralizing the mixing process, farms can improve feeding consistency, reduce manual handling, and organize feed preparation more efficiently.   • Spiral blades: Made from NM400 high-strength wear-resistant steel, with a maximum thickness of 20 mm.
  • Knife protection: A knife pad is installed beneath each knife, while mounting bolts are protected by wear-resistant plates.
  • Replaceable wear plates: Adjustable wear plates are fitted on both sides of the spiral blades and can be fully replaced.
  • Hardened knives: Quenched knife treatment improves toughness and wear resistance for long-term cutting performance.
  • One-piece seamless structure: Formed on UHAND’s in-house proprietary machinery to support higher structural strength and stable operation.
