The PS Series is built for farms that need higher batch capacity, faster feed circulation, and more consistent ration output in a fixed feeding center. With capacities from 14 to 24 m³, or 494.41 to 847.55 ft³, this twin-auger configuration is well suited for medium and large dairy or cattle farms that prepare larger volumes of TMR every day.
Two vertical augers rotate in opposite directions to move ingredients along the tub and create strong convective mixing. This helps roughage, silage, concentrates, and additives blend more evenly, supporting better ration consistency and reducing the risk of feed sorting at the bunk.
Optional loading and discharge conveyors can be installed under the protected area below the mixing hopper. This layout allows loading from both sides while keeping the working space around the system open and easy to access. The weighing system can also be equipped with a communication interface for connection to external control systems, helping farms manage feeding data and automation more efficiently.
