Leftover Feed Collector
The FC series leftover feed collector is designed for farms that want to reduce feed waste, keep feeding lanes cleaner, and reuse leftover forage more efficiently. Instead of relying on loaders or manual cleaning, one operator can collect, weigh, loosen, mix, and redistribute remaining feed across the farm with a single self-propelled unit.
Using an automatic hydraulic control system, front scraper, and rotary brush, the system collects leftover forage from feeding passages and transfers it into the hopper for further handling. This helps prevent feed residue from staying on the ground, reducing the risk of mold, waste, and poor barn hygiene.
For farms that want better cost control, collected feed can be mixed and loosened inside the hopper, then redistributed to heifers or replacement cattle. This turns leftover forage into usable feed value while making daily cleaning work faster and more organized. Turn leftover forage into reusable feed value with a collection workflow built around your barn layout, herd groups, and daily cleaning schedule.
- Collection efficiency: ≥ 95%
- Core functions: collection, weighing, mixing, and redistribution
- Operating speed: about 6 minutes per barn
- Cab environment: standard heating and cooling air conditioning, comfortable seat, and noise reduction system

Cleaner Feed Lane Collection
The front brush works together with the spiral collection head to sweep fine leftover feed from the bottom of the feed bunk into the hopper. This helps solve the problem of incomplete cleaning often caused by loaders, where small feed residues may remain and become moldy.

Better Feed Reuse
After collection, the remaining forage is loosened and mixed again inside the hopper. It can then be transported and redistributed to heifers or replacement cattle, helping farms recover more feed value and reduce waste.

One-Operator Workflow
A wide-view cab and integrated control system allow one driver to complete the full process from collection to redistribution. This reduces labor demand and makes leftover feed handling easier to manage.

Comfortable Daily Operation
Standard air conditioning and noise reduction help create a better working environment in both hot and cold seasons, supporting longer and more efficient farm operation.

Flexible Dual-Side Discharge
Rear dual-side discharge outlets allow feed to be distributed to the left or right according to barn layout and feed bunk direction. This gives farms more flexibility when working in different cattle housing areas

Controlled Feeding for Young Stock
When used with the weighing system, operators can control the feeding amount more accurately for replacement cattle or other groups with lower nutritional requirements.
What truly sets us apart is our focus on practical innovation and real-world reliability. At UHAND, we own and operate a 15.33-hectare (38-acre) commercial dairy farm with approximately 3,000 cattle. This farm serves as our dedicated testing platform, where every piece of our farm equipment is deployed and rigorously proven for daily operations in a live farm environment.
