Single Auger TMR Mixer
The FS series stationary TMR mixer is designed for farms that need reliable daily ration mixing in a compact fixed setup. With capacities from 6 to 12 m³, or 211.89 to 423.78 ft³, this single-auger configuration is suitable for small to medium feeding batches where consistent mixing, lower power consumption, and simple operation matter.
At the center of the system is a vertical auger installed inside a cylindrical tub with a conical bottom. During operation, feed ingredients are lifted upward and then fall naturally back into the mixing chamber, creating a gentle but effective mixing cycle. This process helps reduce damage to feed fiber while supporting uniform distribution of roughage, concentrates, and additives.
