Its vertical auger system cuts and blends roughage, concentrates, and feed additives into a uniform total mixed ration. This supports better ingredient distribution, reduces feed sorting, and helps farms maintain more stable daily feeding results.
Depending on herd size, ration volume, and tractor power, UHAND offers single-auger, twin-auger, and triple-auger configurations. This gives farms the flexibility to match mixing capacity with feeding frequency, barn layout, and daily production needs.

    NM400 high-strength wear-resistant steel, 20 mm thick
Trailed TMR Mixer
  • Spiral blades: Made from NM400 high-strength wear-resistant steel, with a maximum thickness of 20 mm.
  • Knife protection: A knife pad is installed beneath each knife, while mounting bolts are protected by wear-resistant plates.
  • Replaceable wear plates: Adjustable wear plates are fitted on both sides of the spiral blades and can be fully replaced.
  • Hardened knives: Quenched knife treatment improves toughness and wear resistance for long-term cutting performance.
  • One-piece seamless structure: Formed on UHAND’s in-house proprietary machinery to support higher structural strength and stable operation.
