Trailed TMR Mixer, 26 to 36m³
Triple Auger TMR Mixer
The Max series trailed TMR mixer is designed for large farms that need higher batch capacity, faster mixing, and stable ration preparation with tractor-powered operation. With capacities from 26 to 36 m³, or 918.18 to 1271.33 ft³, this triple-auger setup helps farms process larger volumes of roughage, concentrates, and additives while keeping daily feeding schedules efficient.
Compared with single-auger or twin-auger configurations, the triple-auger structure provides greater capacity and faster feed circulation. This supports more uniform TMR preparation, reduces ration variation, and helps large-scale operations maintain consistent feeding quality across multiple barns or herd groups. Design a high-capacity trailed feeding setup around your tractor power, herd size, ration volume, and daily feeding route.

- All-Terrain Adaptability
The one-piece beam structure and wide-section engineering tires provide a low center of gravity and stable movement, helping the mixer handle rough farm roads and enter low barns more easily. - Efficient Power Matching
The standard two-speed gearbox delivers high torque in low gear for cutting large round bales, while high gear provides faster rotation for cleaner discharge and lower feed residue inside the tub. - Uniform Ration Quality
The vertical auger design, NM400 spiral blades, and high-hardness alloy knives help achieve a tested coefficient of variation from 0.48% to 3%, supporting balanced nutrition and reducing feed sorting. - Long Service Life
The 20 mm NM400 wear-resistant tub floor and optional high-strength composite sidewalls or stainless steel liners help resist wear and corrosion during intensive mobile feeding work.

- Stable Operation with Standard Tractors: The built-in hydraulic oil tank and pump station allow the unit to operate without depending on the tractor’s hydraulic output. This helps avoid hydraulic oil cross-contamination, makes tractor matching easier, and keeps the discharge door and conveyor movements smooth.
- Strong Cutting and Fast Cleanout: The two-speed gearbox supports both heavy forage cutting and rapid feed discharge. This helps large farms process dense materials efficiently while reducing residue after each batch.

- Higher Full-Load Stability: The thickened one-piece welded frame provides stronger structural support than simple welded frames. Its load-bearing capacity is increased by 30%, helping maintain stability and reduce deformation during full-load movement.
- Accurate Ration Control: Dinamica Generale (DG) or Digi-Star weighing systems can be integrated with 3 to 4 high-precision load cells placed at key stress points. This helps operators track feed weight accurately, even on uneven ground or rough farm roads.

- Direct Bale and Silage Processing: Tungsten carbide alloy knives are arranged on the auger blades to cut hay bales and silage blocks without pre-cutting, helping reduce preparation time and extra handling.
- Flexible Feed Delivery: Multiple discharge options are available, including front or rear left/right side doors and hydraulic lifting conveyors. This allows feed delivery to bunks at different heights and helps adapt the feeding process to different barn layouts.
What truly sets us apart is our focus on practical innovation and real-world reliability. At UHAND, we own and operate a 15.33-hectare (38-acre) commercial dairy farm with approximately 3,000 cattle. This farm serves as our dedicated testing platform, where every piece of our farm equipment is deployed and rigorously proven for daily operations in a live farm environment.
