Twin Auger Self-Propelled TMR Mixer
The 2SP series TMR mixer is built for medium and large dairy farms that need higher mixing capacity, faster ration preparation, and more efficient daily feeding. By combining automatic loading, weighing, cutting, high-speed mixing, transport, and feed distribution in one mobile unit, it reduces reliance on separate tractors and loaders while helping farms lower labor and maintenance costs.
With two vertical augers, the system cuts and blends roughage, concentrates, silage, hay, alfalfa, and other feed materials more efficiently. This configuration supports faster circulation inside the tub, better ingredient distribution, and more consistent TMR quality for high-volume feeding operations. Plan a more efficient self-propelled feeding workflow with UHAND based on your herd size, barn layout, and daily ration volume.
In addition to our diesel self-propelled TMR mixers, we can also supply electric versions which significantly reduce energy costs with zero noise and zero emissions, embracing the future of green agriculture.

Note: Specifications for self-propelled TMR mixers are customizable. The above are our recommended standard parameters.

- Fast Forage Cutting: The milling head uses tungsten alloy cutters arranged in a spiral pattern on the drum. Driven by a high-speed hydraulic motor, it can cut compacted corn silage, long-fiber alfalfa, and dense forage materials efficiently before feeding them into the conveyor channel.
- Clean Silage Face Protection: The cutting path keeps the silage face smooth and even after reclaiming. This helps reduce air exposure, lower the risk of aerobic spoilage, and protect feed quality during daily silage use.

- Simple One-Hand Operation: The panoramic cab gives the operator a clear working view and makes daily feeding easier to control. An integrated multifunction joystick controls vehicle movement, milling arm lifting, cutter rotation, and conveyor operation from one handle, reducing operation difficulty and training time.
- Precise Ingredient Monitoring: The standard Dinamica Generale (DG) weighing terminal monitors the intake of each feed ingredient in real time, with accuracy controlled within 1%. This helps farms manage ration accuracy, reduce feed waste, and keep feeding data more reliable.

- Better Mobility in Large Barns: The reinforced chassis is designed for demanding farm roads and intensive feeding schedules. Optional 4-wheel steering gives the unit a smaller turning radius, making it easier to move through narrow passages, older barns, and busy feeding lanes.
- High-Capacity TMR Mixing: The twin vertical augers use 20 mm NM400 spiral blades with adjustable knives to support wear resistance, strong cutting performance, and fast mixing. Under normal operating conditions, the system can complete uniform TMR preparation within 15 minutes, helping large farms stay on schedule during peak feeding hours.
What truly sets us apart is our focus on practical innovation and real-world reliability. At UHAND, we own and operate a 15.33-hectare (38-acre) commercial dairy farm with approximately 3,000 cattle. This farm serves as our dedicated testing platform, where every piece of our farm equipment is deployed and rigorously proven for daily operations in a live farm environment.
